This model didn't come from theory. It came from my personal challenges and the constraints they imposed.

Two decades ago, I had two car accidents. Both were "not my fault," but the Universe doesn't care. It needed to offer me certain challenges to overcome, I suppose, so it gifted me with back injuries that resulted in chronic back pain and migraines.
For the last decade I have been running my business pretty much from bed. I take long walks, push myself to go to the gym almost daily for light exercise, and gather my energy to travel as much as my body allows me to.
When people ask me, "Olga, you take many clients from zero revenue to over $5M in less than three years, but why is your own business not at least $5M?"… when they ask that, I just want to hug them…
The reason is this… Yes, I can scale with digital products, BUT what I truly love is one-on-one work with people, because that's where I can deliver the most value. None of my clients would ever accomplish what they have from any courses I would build.
The reason is—I simply cannot rely on my body to allow me the needed "performance" every time I get with a group of people on Zoom, so committing to dates for live events, milestones, etc. feels like an impossible commitment to make…
